25' C-Hawk New Fuel Tank and Fiberglass Repair

Work: We had to remove and replace a leaking 50 gallon fuel tank. This involved cutting and removing the fiberglass that enclosed the saddle tank. We removed the fiberglass and pulled the fuel tank which had corrosion and was not able to be repaired. A custom aluminum tank was fabricated with returns and sending units. The tank was installed in the port side, then Fiberglass and then Gelcoat was applied.
